We will seek opportunities to evangelize the largest number of people in the most effective way while looking for spiritual leaders. (Mat. 28:18-20) Train spiritual leaders through effective discipleship. There is no success without successors. We will focus whatever energy may be necessary on the maturity process to release spiritual leaders who will be able to disciple others. (2 Tim. 2:2) Release spiritual leaders to grow God’s kingdom in their own countries. Well trained and highly motivated nationals are the only way to evangelize any nation therefore our purpose is to work ourselves out of a job and release the work into the hands of nationals.
